Nicholas has served as an Entrepreneur, Mortgage Broker and Investment Advisor for much of the past 22 years. He has a passion for finance, technology and helping his clients identify the best mortgage solution for their unique situation. He began his career in 2000 as a loan officer eventually becoming a Mortgage Broker and President of Prime Time Lending, LLC in 2006. Nicholas has been regarded as an perennial All Star loan originator having assisted thousands of clients identify and secure all types of loan programs including FHA, VA, Jumbo, small commercial, Lot and multi-million dollar construction loans.
Mr. Rausch has also served as a series 65 qualified, Principal and Investment Advisor / founder of Robotic Trading Advisors established in 2013 through 2017. Mr. Rausch enjoys teaching and public speaking having taught mortgage, real estate and personal investing related classes in over 64 cities across the United States and Canada.
Nicholas is a Minnesota native who graduated from Saint Cloud State University. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole and three children.
Michael has served as both a Loan Officer and Branch Manager for over 21 years in the mortgage industry here in Arizona. He was previously ranked #6 nationally in Scotsman’s Guide and in the top 5 for Arizona in multiple categories. Michael’s work ethic is second to none working 7 days a week to help his clients at a moment’s notice.
He has been primarily employed with mortgage lenders and banks over his term, and is thrilled to be on the broker side again having the ability to offer clients lower wholesale rates and greater flexibility in offering a wide variety of loan programs.
Michael and Nicholas Previously worked in the mortgage business together in 2003 and were the top 2 producers in the company.
Michael has a passion for real estate and has purchased, designed and developed many projects here in Arizona.
Mr. Parrish was originally born in Texas but has lived in AZ for over 30 years and with any free time enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and reading.
